Be a Leader, Not a Follower
Leaders make the decision to follow another based on that person's values. Followers follow others based on their feelings, normally pursuing the wrong interests, and letting other things control their destiny.
Here are some examples:
If you let food control your mind, then you become a follower. However, if you control what and how much you eat, you will be a leader.
If you let drugs control your mind, then you will be a follower, but if you control your mind and avoid drugs, you are a leader.
If you let nicotine control your mind, then you will be a follower, but if you control your mind and avoid cigarettes, you are a leader.
