MAW has developed a unique curriculum that looks at the total person.  If weight loss is your personal goal, we have a program that is specifically tailored to your needs. What is Fitness at Martial Arts World?

    • Physical Fitness is the foundation of personal power.  If you are physically fit, you are better able to lead yourself and others.  Through having more energy, increasing strength, and building physical power, one is do much more of whatever they choose to devote their time & energy towards.
    • Mental Fitness is balancing positive thinking and knowledge, giving you mental power, toughness, and strength.  We teach to eliminate mental fat and build mental muscle through positive thinking, being open-minded, and constantly seeking knowledge.
