Q#1.At what age can you start practicing Martial Arts?
- It is never too late or too soon to begin training in the martial arts. We do recommend ages 4 and up.
Q#2.Is it dangerous or difficult to learn?
- It is easy, lots of fun to learn and very safe.
Q#3.How long does it take to become a black belt?
- On average, it can take 2-3 years to become a black belt, but it depends on your effort.
Q#4.What is your fee for lessons?
- Cost depends on the program you participate in. Regular classes for Men, women and children average $5 - $10 a day. The A+ after school program for children is $59- $99 per week, which includes transportation from the child's school to our facility. Summer camp for children is $129 - $ 199 per week.

Yes you can.
Q#6. I am over weight, can I practice?
- Yes. We have one of the best weight control programs, in which many of our students have lost over a 100 pounds.
Q#7.Do I need to sign any contracts to join your school?
- We do offer an agreement for you and the schools protection.
Q#8.Do you charge a testing fee?
- Yes, we do charge a reasonable testing fee.

- Yes, we encourage our students to participate in the Martial Arts World championships.

Q#11.My son has ADHD, can he practice?
- Yes, in fact many of our students have been diagnosed with ADHD. Some have been able to function in school and in the martial arts without medication because of our life fitness curriculum. Martial Arts practice is natural medicine for ADHD.
